Wolfe home services uses only full extension ball bearing guides that will hold at least 100 pounds at full extension, the more weight on the shelf the easier they slide. also 3/4 melamine or birch bottoms every joint is glued, rabbited or dadoed and stapled. all shelves come with solid pine fronts and sides or wood of choice. Our shelves seem to glide. They are very strong and will last longer than the cabinets they are in.
